This stadium was proposed in 1988 by Brewers management. It was a multipurpose stadium that could hold 48-50,000 for baseball and 58,000 for football. For football, the bleachers in left and right field would move to provide a better view of the field. The County Stadium site and sites in the suburbs were under consideration. The plan was to fund it privately.
