The San Jose Redevelopment Agency commissioned these plans in 2006. They called for a baseball-only park with 45,000 seats located at the property bounded by West San Carlos Street, West San Fernando Street, Autumn Street, and railroad tracks. The same site was later used in the Cisco Field plan. The actual ballpark plans in the report were quite rough, consisting of overhead sketches and a modified Jacobs Field.
