These are the original 2004 HOK plans for a retractable dome at the Miami Orange Bowl Stadium site. The plans called for a baseball park with a retractable roof to be built next to the existing football stadium. These plans were abandoned in 2007 when the University of Miami decided to play their home games at Dolphin Stadium. With that, the old Orange Bowl Stadium was no longer needed and was demolished.
